The sewage suction vehicle is a new type of environmental sanitation vehicle that collects and transfers sludge and sewage to avoid secondary pollution. The sewage suction vehicle can absorb and discharge itself, with fast working speed, large capacity and convenient transportation. It is suitable for collecting and transporting liquid substances such as feces, mud and crude oil. The sewage suction truck adopts the vacuum pump of the sewage suction truck with domestic leading technology, which has large suction force and long suction range. It is especially suitable for the suction, transportation and discharge of sediment in the sewer, especially for large objects such as sewage mud, sludge, stones and bricks. The sewage suction vehicle has the same principle as the manure suction vehicle, but the sewage suction vehicle has different purposes from the manure suction vehicle. The difference is that the tank body of the sewage suction vehicle is a circular tank, which has a tighter structure, can withstand higher pressure and provide greater suction, and can be used to collect, clean and transport sewage and sludge.

The operation system could be manual or electrical control.

Working principle of sewage suction vehicle:

Since the fecal suction hose is always immersed in the liquid level, the air in the fecal tank becomes thinner and thinner after being pumped because it cannot be supplemented, resulting in the pressure in the tank being lower than the atmospheric pressure. The fecal liquid enters the tank through the fecal suction hose under the use of atmospheric pressure. Or because the straw is close to the bottom of the tank, when the air is continuously discharged into the dung tank, it is compressed because it has no way out, so that the pressure in the tank is higher than the atmospheric pressure. The dung liquid is discharged out of the tank through the straw and dung suction hose under the action of compressed air.
