Structure:
1. The cage body skeleton is made of high quality rectangular tubes and steel plates.Before the frame is made, it is phosphatized and rustproof.The outer plate of the roof is 0.6 color steel plate, the outer plate of the wing plate is a whole piece of thermoplastic honeycomb composite board (Holypan), the bottom plate of the car is a professional anti-skid stage board of 18mm, and the folded stage board is a steel framework +12mm professional stage anti-skid board.
The roof of the car body is lifted and lowered by two hydraulic cylinders, each bearing no less than 3 tons. In addition, the roof of the car has 4 guide columns, with 160mm*5.5mm square steel for the outer pipe of the guide column and 140mm*5.5mm square steel for the inner pipe.
The left and right wing plates of the car body are opened by two oil cylinders, each of which has a thrust of no less than 1.5 tons.
