Road sweepers are mainly divided into: power system, suction and sweeping system and garbage cleaning system.

The power system of the sweeper is divided into diesel /, liquid propane gas and battery. The driving system of the sweeper is selected according to the nature of the garden, area, type of garbage, operation time and other factors to meet the clean needs of different customers. The utilization of Diesel / gasoline driving mode depends on the necessary clean environment and the type of garbage. Garbage dumping system of road sweeper: the garbage dumping of road sweeper is completed by the decision control panel. Before dumping, the cover of the dustbin is closed. Pull the control lever from the future to lift the dustbin for dumping. When the dustbin is put down, push the control lever forward to the same position

The removal system and garbage dumping system of sanitation sweepers can be commonly referred to as garbage cleaning system. It is mainly composed of main brush, side brush and dustbin. The side brush is required to be made of dense high-grade materials and equipped with springs, which can effectively bear the blow and further cover the side wheel of the brush plate.

The volume of the road sweeper is determined according to the wheelbase of the chassis. The shorter the wheelbase, the smaller the volume, and the cheaper the corresponding price. It is very important to choose the appropriate model according to your own working radius.

Standard configuration of road sweeper:

Working principle of road sweeper

The road sweeper truck is generally in the structure of four central sweeping discs and rear suction cups, and the box is designed with dustbin and clean water tank. The lifting and lowering of the sweeping disc and suction cup is a hydraulic structure, and the power is provided by the upper auxiliary engine to drive the hydraulic oil pump. The suction cup suction function is that the upper mounted fan extracts the air in the dustbin to form a negative pressure for suction. The fan rotation is also powered by the auxiliary engine. The dustfall nozzle above the sweeping plate of the road sweeper sprays water, which is directly extracted from the water tank by the electronic water pump, which is similar to the water spraying principle of the car wiper. The road sweeper is equipped with sprinkler function, which is the same as the principle of sprinkler. The power take-off is installed at the gearbox, and the power take-off is connected with the sprinkler pump. The sprinkler pump extracts the clean water from the clean water tank, so as to realize the function of front flushing and rear spraying.
