I. Description of Chip Sealer Truck

Bitumen spray truck which is alsp called asphalt sprayer or asphalt paving truck, is specially designed and produced for transporting
or spraying liquid asphalt(Including hot asphalt, emulsified asphalt and residue),in addition it can also supply loose asphalt binder to the
soil, the construction of asphalt stabilized soil pavement or pavement base. Bitumen spray truck is a black road construction machinery,
one of the main equipment for the construction of road, city roads, airports and port terminals.

Capacity of spraying asphalt:
Type: whole four types above can work with liquid asphalt, such as hot asphalt, emulsified asphalt and residue, etc.
Rubber asphalt: need special equipment and customized.
Spraying rate: according to equipped asphalt pump(from 300~680 liters/min)
Spraying width: 4.5~6m
Spraying area: 0.2~0.3 liters/cbm

Features:

1. Each of the spraying nozzles can be controlled individually. The spraying width can be adjusted freely and with a sharp start and stop.
2. The spray nozzle controlled via the pneumatic cylinder from the driving cab, safe and easy.
3. The asphalt pump adopted with proportional control of high precision to realize the accurate control of spraying rate.
4. The design of fan-shaped spraying nozzles can help to realize perfect spraying effect and good uniformity.
5. Asphalt pump is heated by engine cooling water. Low speed motor driven is energy saving and easy for starting up.
6. The pipe line sclean system introduces diesel oil to circulate and high-pressure air purging solution.
7. Simple operation for control system, it is easy to maintain and repair.
8. Equipped with Italy burner to heat up asphalt.

RORO: The truck is driven to the ship inside directly and fixed well. It can protect the truck being rusty and broken during shipping. 
BULK:  The truck is lifted by crane then put on the vessel deck. This model is much cheaper.
