3 Cab and Passenger Cabin
3.1 Structure: Single row seats; Driving cab & independent onepiece Passenger cabin; Driving cab adopts steel stamping welding structure; Driving cab equipped with turnover mechanism which lifted by hydraulic cylinders. Independent passenger cabin adopts high strength aluminum alloy welding structure. The strength and stiffness are guaranteed after finite element calculation and stress experiment.
3.2 Seatsetting: 2+4, 2 forward drivers/ 4 passengers
3.3 Internal cab: Equipped with reversing alarm buzzer, mainpower switch, reversing camera, monitorin the cab and two USB interfaces.
3.4 Cab:
1) The Cab equipped with hydraulic cab tilt mechanism, safety belt, comfortable air ride driver's seat and co-drive seat. The position of the seats is adjustable.
2) All doors have power windows; Radio and CD, left/right side rear view mirrors and reversing radar system are installed.
3) Except the apparatus in the original vehicle, reversing radar system is installed. Installation position of GPS, computer and vehicle cluster are reserved.
3.5 Rear cabin:
1) Rear cabin can accommodate 4 people, equipped with safety belt, 180° glass door, independent cooling and heating system; Vehicle interior are covered with flame retardant materials, and fixed with aluminum frame channels.
2) Passenger seat embed with 4 unit respirator bracket.
3) The cabin is equipped with door ladder and handrail. The steps are rotary mechanical fastened to door.
4) The ceiling installed with air conditioner; Rear/under seat equipped with equipment box where can place individual combat equipment.
4 Holding Tank
1.1 Volume: 8000L
1.2 Type: Built in tank, with an ø450mm inlet hole. Vertical and horizontal swinging plates are equipped in the tank to reduce shock of water in the tank to the tank body during driving.
1.3 Material:
1) High quality 304 stainless steel with special anti- corrosion treatment; The welding is strictly accordance with national technical standard. The thickness of roof, wall, clapboard of tank are 3mm. The bottom thickness is 4mm.
2) The tank is equipped with breathing value, overflow pipe, liquid level sensing device.
3) The top of tank is equipped with a 450mm manhole and it has quick lock& open device. The manhole is fastened by rubber seals; Easy to open and close.
4)The tank is equipped with corrosion resistance valve and filter.
5)Fluid refill port is located at the rear of the truck. The liquid level meter is set on the control panel of pump room and roof mounted fire monitor.
