III. Details and operation of  New 10000liters water tankers 4x2 Euro 3 FAW drink water tank truck for sale 

The tank body of the sprinkler is oval or square and round, made of high-quality carbon steel, formed at one time by large plate bending machine, advanced equipment and automatic welding process, with more beautiful appearance and excellent sealing performance.

The water tank of the whole vehicle is 2-3 compartments, the lower end of the middle diaphragm is provided with a through hole, and the tank is equipped with anti swing and anti wave diaphragm. The diaphragm in the tank has the function of anti wave, so as to reduce the impact of the liquid in the tank when the vehicle is driving.

Truck Use Notice
1. When the water sprinkler tank truck uses rivers and ponds as the water source, pay attention to that all the ends of the suction pipe are submerged in the water. In order to avoid inhaling stones or more sediment and floating debris, it is best to install a filtering device at the suction port of the suction pipe. If the water source is shallow, it is necessary to dig deeper at the suction point in advance to ensure that it does not contain sundries and air.

2. When the self-priming pump is used for the first time, it needs to add water diversion, and there is no need to add water diversion in the future. When absorbing water, the water inlet pipe system must maintain a certain vacuum degree before water can be sucked into the tank. The water inlet pipe system must be sealed reliably, the hose must not be damaged, and the hard pipe must not have cracks, otherwise there will be air leakage, which will lead to failure to absorb water.

3. The power take-off device must be put into gear when the sprinkler is stopped, whether before water absorption or watering. Before winter, the water in the water pump and water pipe should be vented to prevent freezing and cracking.
