Fresh milk delivery tanker trailer is used for carrying vegetable oil material,fresh milk and other liquid food.Wraped with insulation layer,milk tanker trailer can avoid milk from spoiling.
1,The tank body heads of milk tanker are all single-layer butterfly mechanical heads, which are formed by expansion machine - secondary expansion. The compressive strength is 7-8 times that of ordinary flat heads, 3-4 times that of back-to-back double heads and conical heads.
2,The tank body is made of 304-2b stainless steel clean surface bright plate, which is completed by automatic hydrogen arc welding process. The forming surface is flat and smooth, beautiful and generous, which is conducive to cleaning and fully meets the requirements of food hygiene.
3,CIP cleaning nozzle covers a diameter of 2.5m. In order to ensure cleaning and no residue, our company guarantees to install 2 cleaning nozzles every 3.5m to ensure cleaning effect.
4,The reinforcing rib of the tank body is rolled into a U-shape with 3mm thick stainless steel plate at one time to ensure the strength and integrity of the tank body and ensure that the tank body will not be distorted and deformed during transportation.
5,The insulation layer adopts imported lightweight thickened polyurethane integral foaming technology, with a thickness of 80-100mm, light weight and good insulation effect. When transporting liquid food under normal temperature, the temperature change in 24 hours shall not exceed 1 degree when the temperature difference is 30 degrees.
6,The upper manhole adopts mechanical hard seal with a diameter of 420-500m, which is convenient for operators to enter the tank for other operations. The manhole cover adopts interlayer foaming insulation to improve the thermal insulation performance of the tank.
7,The original pneumatic self-adjusting tank breathing valve technology automatically opens and closes when the milk discharge port at the rear of the tank car is opened and closed, and the positive and negative pressure balance inside and outside the tank is adjusted in real time during milk injection and milk discharge of the tank car, which is efficient and safe.
8,The chassis adopts the air suspension innovative technology, which can effectively reduce the weight of the chassis by about 30% compared with the spring-loaded semi-trailer chassis of other manufacturers, making the vehicle run more fuel-efficient and economical under the same load.
